Work

Each story is written as a one-page brief: the client, the real problem, what I did and what changed. Client names stay private.

Energy

One first sale, three markets

Client
A global utility's Latin American operations
Problem
Utilities buy slowly and rarely switch vendors. The challenge was turning a single foothold into a relationship that spans markets.
Moves
Led with one focused solution, delivered it well, then used the result as the reference that opened the next market, and the one after that.
Result
Two markets closed and a third in progress from one first sale. Lead generation grew 30% against a 10% target; new opportunities grew 62% against 50%.
Where AI fits today
Today I would use AI to map every adjacent business unit, draft market-specific cases from the first win, and track account health weekly instead of quarterly.

Hospitality

Selling software to an industry that runs on people

Client
A corporate hospitality operator
Problem
Hospitality operators live on thin margins and high staff turnover. Any new platform has to prove it saves time on day one.
Moves
As co-founder of Nrolled, led the relationship from first conversation to signed contract, framing the platform around the operator's staffing pain rather than features.
Result
A 66K ACV contract for Nrolled's CRM and workforce-management platform.
Where AI fits today
The platform itself uses AI for workforce operations, so the pitch was about what changes on the floor, not about the technology.

Tech

Building a pipeline from zero

Client
A B2B industrial software company
Problem
A strong engineering product with almost no marketing engine behind it. Prospect meetings were close to zero.
Moves
Took over marketing alongside sales: budget, agencies, campaigns, website, content and two trade shows a year, run by a seven-person sales and marketing team.
Result
Prospect meetings went from zero to three or four a week.
Where AI fits today
The same team today would use AI for account research, first-draft content and lead scoring, freeing people for the conversations that close.
